My wife and I have been involved the service industry for over 25 years and our experience (and endorsements from guests) tells us the main difference between one company and another is the personal service it offers. So let's start right from your enquiry. You'll deal with the same person throughout !! Not different people every time you call saying - 'so and so' is out of the office can I help you - we will be available to answer your 'initial' questions - before you make your decisions - we also offer a no obligation 'Courtesy Hold' for up to a week, whilst you make your decision.
The next stage is making your reservation - one phone call is all you need - we'll prepare a 'confirmation' with all the details of your reservation and send it by either Email, Fax or in the mail, whichever you prefer.

No that's not all, when the big day comes and you arrive in Orlando - 'what do we do now? - You ask. We'll meet you at the airport (small charge) if you like* and guide you personally to your holiday home. Just think of the advantages - door to door service without the complications of finding your own way around in an area your not familiar with.

*If you're staying for two weeks or longer we'll meet you at the airport FREE OF CHARGE and bring you personally to your holiday home!!

There's More!

When we arrive at the home we won't leave you high and dry we'll make sure you know where things are and the best way to get to …. The shops, supermarkets, restaurants and of course the Theme Parks (We can even have tickets ready for you when you arrive). We're at the end of a local phone call (free of charge) if you need anything, not like some homeowners who live thousands of miles away.
